California’s Health & Safety Code and California’s Code of Regulations require water companies to prepare an annual Consumer Confidence Report that covers water quality data from January 1 through December 31 of each year.  Per state law, Senior Canyon completes and distributes the report to its shareholders by July 1 of each year. As mandated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency and enforced by California’s State Water Resources Control Board, every annual CCR provides information on water sources, testing results, regulatory compliance and health information.
