A regular annual meeting of the shareholders shall be convened by the then-current Board and held at a place in the Ojai Valley designated in the notice of meeting at 9:00 A.M. of the last Saturday in the month of April of each year, for the purpose of electing the directors of the Board and transacting such other Board business as may come before the meeting. Shareholders unable to access the annual board packet online may request the packet be mailed to them via the U.S. Postal Service.
