J.B. White has lived in the East End for 30 years. He has enjoyed a long career as a screenwriter, specializing in made-for-television movies. He is an active member of the Ojai music scene as a singer, songwriter and bassist. He is part of the music program at the Ojai Presbyterian Church, where he plays in the band and conducts the choir. He also sings with and serves on the board of the Ojai Community Chorus. He has been married to artist Elizabeth White for nearly 50 years. They have three adult daughters and four non-adult granddaughters. J.B. has long appreciated and admired the work of the volunteers who keep the SCMWC going and growing, and is grateful for the chance to serve alongside them.
