Mike Weaver


Mike Weaver and his wife, Susan, moved to Ojai in 1998. Throughout Mike’s 30-year career with a Fortune 500 Company, he and Susan lived in eight different cities in the U.S. and overseas. Mike’s final project before moving to Ojai was Operations Director overseeing the creation of a 250-mile pipeline in Botswana. After locating to Ojai, Mike created his own management firm and worked as a consultant to small and medium-sized businesses across the western United States. In recent years, he has taken on assignments as an interim executive for government and nonprofit organizations, including the Housing Authority for the City of Ventura and Turning Point Foundation in Ventura. In addition to serving on the SCMWC board since 2015, Mike has served as president and chair of several committees for the Rotary Club of Ojai. He also helped create the East End Neighborhood Association to coordinate emergency preparedness following the Thomas Fire.
